In order to facilitate the sending and receiving of samples, and/or other such services provided to you, by our partner-brands via our Platform/Website or relevant FreeStand or partner applications such as Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp or other Social Websites, we collect certain mandatory and optional personal information.

Information you give us — this is information about you that you give us by interacting with Conversational Messaging Bot(s) on our Platform and/or Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp and/or other relevant Website/Platform or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise. This may include information directly provided by you, or provided via your authorization of the Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp Service (information such as your name, city-level location, shipping address, age and gender, User ID and email address, phone number, and other relevant information filled upon your participation in any Sampling/Marketing Campaign(s)). It includes information you provide when you request a sample. We only ask from you the minimum data required for you to use our service.

If you are a brand wishing to partner with FreeStand you can contact us via our Website. To do so we ask for the brand name, your name, a contact email address and telephone number.

If you are using FreeStand to request a sample from one of our brand-partners then your data will be handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy. As a minimum we will require your name, your phone number and a shipping address to deliver our brand-partner's samples/goods to you.

Technical Information we collect — We use cookies on our website to collect personal data, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, Location (GPS/Optional). You can disable cookies within your browser settings.

All required information is service dependent and we may use the above-said user information to, maintain, protect, and improve our services (including advertising services) and for developing new services.

Such information will not be considered as sensitive if it is freely available and accessible in the public domain or is furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force.

Our policy discloses the privacy practices for our own Platform/Website only. Our site provides links to other websites/payment-gateways and other such third-party services that are beyond our control. We shall in no way be responsible for your use of such sites/services.
